Moritz Riehl is a lawyer and Certified Specialist Lawyer for German Employment Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht). He is a partner and managing director of Solving Legal GmbH.

Moritz Riehl advises and represents companies with many years of experience in all areas of individual and collective German employment law as well as in the area of contract drafting. He accompanies employment law disputes for both employers and employees from out-of-court settlements to judicial clarification before the German labor courts.

With equal passion, Moritz Riehl also advises both private individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises on wealth succession in German inheritance law. In addition to advising on wills and inheritance contracts, this also includes tax-optimizing regulations for anticipated succession (vorweggenommene Erbfolge).
